  very cute colorful fabric. size 2x says fits size 18-20 us but it is larger than 18-20 more like 22. I'm still going to keep and wear. I have bought many items from this company and for the most part I'm happy because Rosegal is so different than anything I find locally. People actually stop me to ask where I got my outfit. That hasn't happened for years.
